The mobile messaging service of Creating Numbers GmbH (the "Service") is operated by Creating Numbers GmbH ("Creating Numbers GmbH", "we" or "us"). Using the Service means that you agree to these terms ("Mobile Terms of Use"). We reserve the right to change or discontinue the Service or its features at any time without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may change these Mobile Terms of Use at any time, and continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

 

By agreeing to the SMS/text messaging service of Creating Numbers GmbH, you consent to regularly receive SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Creating Numbers GmbH to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is listed on a state or national do-not-call list. Text messages may be sent via an automatic telephone dialing system or other technologies. Service-related messages may include updates, notifications, and information (e.g., order updates, account notifications, etc.). Promotional messages may include offers, special promotions, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

 

You understand that registration for this program is not required to make purchases, and your consent is not a prerequisite for a purchase from Creating Numbers GmbH. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

 

We do not charge fees for the service, but you are responsible for all fees and costs associated with text messages charged by your mobile carrier. The frequency of messages varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your provider for details. You are solely responsible for all costs associated with SMS/text messages, including your mobile carrier's fees.

 

You can unsubscribe from the service at any time. To do so, send the keyword "STOP" to "kohlenstoff" or click on the unsubscribe link (if available) in a text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time confirmation message for the unsubscription. After that, no further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you are subscribed to other SMS programs from Creating Numbers GmbH and wish to cancel them, you must unsubscribe separately according to the respective terms of use of these programs, unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to use a different short code or phone number for the service at any time and will inform you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a changed short code or phone number may not be received, and we are not responsible for processing such requests.

 

The mobile network operators that support the service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. They commit to providing us with a valid mobile number. If you receive a new mobile number, you must re-register for the program with the new number.

 

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected deliveries of information sent via the service, any errors in such information, and/or for actions or omissions on your part based on the information or the service.
