Please measure the wrist circumference at the desired point so that the measuring tape is skin-tight (do not pull too hard). Please do not estimate and include "air" yourself, because we need the real size to guarantee you the right fit. We will then deliver it so that you can wear it perfectly.
If you don't have a tape measure at hand, you can put a piece of string / thread or a strip of paper around your wrist and mark the point where the two ends overlap. Last but not least, you put it on a ruler or folding rule and you can read off the measurement.
